Michelle Paradise, the creator, writer and star of Exes and Ohs on Logo, and J. Karen Thomas and Colette Divine, partners of over 12 years and the co-stars of the PowerUp film Itty Bitty Titty Committee, speak to GLAAD about their experiences as lesbian members of the Hollywood creative community.
