Synopsis: Based on a remarkable true story, a local Texas cop turns to a life of fraud after coming out of the closet, which eventually lands him in prison. There he falls in love with the titular inmate Phillip Morris, and begins a series of daring escape attempts to reunite with his soon-released lover.
